You must turn off your EV1s to charge. If your EV1s will not charge, try the following:
Clean the hearing aids and chargers with an alcohol swab. Use the small cleaning brush to break up
any dirt or debris in hard-to-reach areas.
After they are fully charged, you may try them out. If they still are not working, leave a message below
detailing your issue and include your order number if possible."

ONE EV1 WILL NOT TURN ON. LEFT IN CHAEGER OVER NIGHT SEVERAL TIMES
Have tried the reprograming (on for 20 hours and recharge for 6), but still not working. Do not have the ear wax guard and the ear cleaning has resulted in no help. It is dead. The other one works fine, so we know that we're doing it right. I'm using her good one to communicate now as my VA aids are being replaced (5 years with ResSound.
I am paying $4 a month for service
The green charging light stays on even after I've used my aids for an extended period of time.
